Join friends and neighbors and help us spiff up our school garden. We will tidy the garden and school campus. Projects include art, garden care, campus clean-up and weeding. There's plenty of work for everyone!

Location details: Meet at the Valle Verde Children's Center. Look for "Garden Volunteers" signs.

Ages: All ages (11 and younger with an adult).

Physical requirements: Ability to bend, stoop, pull weeds, sweep and use cleaning and gardening tools.

Other requirements: Please wear work clothes you can get dirty, closed-toe shoes for safety, hat, sunscreen.

Please bring: Hand clippers, rakes, brooms, trash grabber and bags; work gloves; and personal drinking water. Please label your tools.
