I am known as "Farmer Olive" at Cambridge Elementary. I am passionate about environmental and climate justice, which is why I have been drawn toward the amazing sovereignty that growing our own food brings to our communities. While I have been a garden educator ranging the K-12 spectrum in the bay area for a few years, I have also worked with many urban and community gardens in various capacities. Providing an interactive and edible outdoor space to children is important to me when I think about the wellbeing of our future generations.
