Seewan Eng

Seewan is an experienced K-12 teacher, education nonprofit leader, and interim executive who has dedicated her career to building teams, partnerships, and operational systems that transform outcomes for schools. As interim executive director, she is building capacity and cultivating resources to support next-generation leadership and the shift to a more sustainable model of growth and impact. She is inspired by the magical moments of curiosity, belonging, connection, and community that our programs foster through experiential outdoor learning. Seewan received a B.A. from Brown, an Ed.M. from Harvard, National Board Certification, and is a 2023 Pahara Fellow. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and snowboarding with her family, and also continues her life-long study of ballet as a practice of embodiment, creative expression, and community.
